**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to drive advertising sales.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their advertising needs.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while ensuring client satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Create compelling advertising packages that meet client objectives.
- Engage in outside sales activities, including networking events and trade shows, to promote our services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to enhance sales strategies.
- Maintain comprehensive sales records to stay well organized.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in radio advertising sales.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess market data and make informed decisions.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Exceptional client service orientation with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this role.
- Excellent ability to use standard office technology to communicate, develop sales proposals, track leads, and clsoe deals.
