Qualifications:

- Punctual with a positive “can-do” attitude and good work ethic
- Attention to detail and quality
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in Cabinet making is an asset
- Read and understand shop drawings
- Prepare, set up, troubleshoot and operate an edge banding machine
- Operate various wood shop machinery and hand tools
- Inspect work to ensure it is defect-free
- When necessary help with other duties such as drilling cabinet components, and assembling drawers or cabinets.

We are looking for individuals who can work by themselves as well as be team players, who can work well with people and can take direction but are also independent and knowledgeable enough to work by themselves when need be.

The hourly rate depends on experience.
