Order Desk

**Job Summary**

**Duties**:

- Process and manage customer orders from initiation to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Collaborate with vendors to buy, procure, and fabricate necessary materials for production.
- Utilize MRP systems to track inventory levels and forecast supply needs.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize costs while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain comprehensive records of orders, vendor communications, and inventory transactions within SAP or similar systems.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless order processing and resolve any issues that may arise during the supply chain process.
- Monitor order status and communicate updates to relevant stakeholders as needed.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in order administration within supply chain management.
- Familiarity with MRP systems and SAP is highly desirable.
- Strong vendor management skills with the ability to negotiate effectively.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in managing multiple orders simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with other supply chain software is a plus.

Pay: $19.00-$27.38 per hour

Expected hours: 45 - 50 per week
