**Job Title**: Project Control Specialist
**Location**: Toronto, ON (Hybrid - 2-4 days in office - Tuesday, Wednesday)

**Duration**: 12 months

**Contract Type**: T4 only

**Pay Rate**: $31.03/Hour

**Responsibilities**:

- Establish and maintain communication services across business units or from the project team to the organization.
- Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.
- Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements.
- Set up project and work breakdown structures.
- Establish and document business processes.
- Track project budgets and expenditures, monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets.
- Producing various reports combining several data sets for internal stakeholders
- Refining processes and reports related to web traffic results, and tracking agent deployment

**Must Have Requirements**:

- Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
- Ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses.
- 1-2 years - experience with Power Automate, Power BI, database queries, and business requirement documentation

**Nice To Haves**:

- Python
- Market Data knowledge
- Previous FI experience
- AI query prompting

**Education/Experience**:

- Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, computer science or relevant field required.
- 2-5 years related experience required.
