**Position Summary**:
We are currently recruiting a CNC Milling Machinists to join our team in Calgary, AB. The CNC Milling Machinist is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining a variety of machines within the Machine Shop.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- This position demonstrates safe working practices in the machining, fabrication and modification of aeronautical components
- Responsible for setting up, operating and maintaining a variety of machines including computer numerically controlled (CNC) machines to perform precision machining operations such as sawing, turning, milling, boring, drilling, and other operations
- Verify dimensions of products for accuracy and conformance to specifications using precision measuring instruments
- Machining airframe components per specifications and blueprints
- Responsibility to be the first line of resolution for problem solving
- Opportunities for continuous learning and developing knowledge of machining, equipment, and tooling concepts in manufacturing

**Qualifications**:

- 3+ years of experience in CNC Milling Machining as a Machinist;
- You must be a resident of, or willing to relocate to the Calgary, AB area
- Understanding of CNC programs and G-code
- Ability to translate the requirements of detailed part drawings into measurements for part verification
- Ability to perform daily, weekly & monthly maintenance on equipment
- Critical thinking skills and strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong time-management and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills and are a team player
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
