Residential Cleaner

**Overview**

TidyTouch Cleaning Services is looking for a reliable, detail-oriented **Residential House Cleaner** to join our growing team We take pride in offering high-quality residential and Airbnb cleaning services across the area, with occasional commercial opportunities available for those interested. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, manages their time well, and values consistency and reliability.

You’ll be working independently or in small teams to complete cleans between **9:00 AM - 5:00 PM**, with your first clean typically starting between **9:00-10:00 AM**. This role is physically demanding and requires someone who enjoys staying active and organized. There is also potential for growth within the company — we’re looking to develop a long-term team member who may eventually move into a management role.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform residential and Airbnb cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathrooms, kitchens, etc.)
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail and professionalism at each property
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and tools are restocked (at company expense)
- Wash and dry cleaning rags regularly (at your own expense)
- Travel between job sites — **paid travel time included**:

- Maintain strong communication with the team and clients
- Occasionally assist with commercial cleaning jobs (after hours)
- Be available for occasional weekend work when required

**Requirements**:

- Valid **driver’s license** and **reliable vehicle** (required)
- Ability to pass a **criminal background check**:

- **Fluent in English** (spoken and written)
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Physically capable of performing cleaning duties (bending, lifting, standing for long periods)
- Reliable, trustworthy, and able to work independently
