**Your Role and Responsibilities**

This is a country role, reporting to the GEO West Workplace operations lead, is responsible for all the aspects that enable the delivery of workplace site services in Canada.

This role includes but is not limited to the following key elements and objectives:

- Overall responsibility for Project delivery, Country Vendor Management, Vendor
performance, Process control and all other areas where our site and project vendorsare providing services to support theoperation of our Kyndry Canada locations.
- Delivery of safe, reliable and consistent workplace services in our 3rd party office locations and flex office spaces.
- Work closely with site vendors to oversee Vendor project activity from initial plan. financial justification, approvals to project completion.
- Rapid resolution of issues and site challenges in conjunction with the account
leadership of our vendor partners.
- Coordinate Reporting of site services performance and issues clear and easy to understand statuses and trends.
- Resolution of any service delivery situations, with retrospective approaches used toavoid repeat incidents.
- Management of change as required by changes of use, adoption of new spaces,removal of portfolio elements and client demand, working in conjunction with the Country manager and GEO Transformation Coordinator
- Delivery of workplace projects via a clear, reliable, and repeatable process.
- Develop detailed project scopes to meet business requirements and needs of the business.
- Project delivery on time and in Budget.
- Support the GEO T&E team by providing costings for client bids with real estateelements.
- Ensuring the delivery of a safe and comfortable workplace experience, and teaming withthe Global Workplace Experience Leader to implement Global Standards.
- Assisting with the selection process for new locations, or space consolidations ensuring locations are identified and obtained that enable the delivery of our standard services.
- Coordinate Country facilities project capital and expense plans and work with Geo leaders to ensure timely approvals.
- Work with the Geo West country program and project managers to coordinate and deliver country and special projects.
- Work with country leaders to identify requirements and develop plans to ensure that delivery of FM services contribute to attaining continued country business success

**Required Technical and Professional Expertise**

Project development and management; Vendor & Business Management, Vendor performance assessment, Process control development and execution, Reporting of site services performance, escalation resolution, problem determination, KPI development and assessment
