ROLE
- Part time paid hourly position for someone looking for a side hustle or part-time job in property management.
- Ideal for a student, anyone who wants to work part-time, someone already managing properties for other people.

**REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum High School education
- PIBA fit
- PICA fit
- Must have a strong command of the English language - both spoken and written. They are easily understood by others. Other language skills an asset but not a requirement
- Must have core values that align with ours

**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Follow our Procedures for Qualifying tenants, giving LTB Notices, Move In/Out Inspections
- Take occasional calls from tenants
- Occasionally do group showings of the property to prospect tenants (Private showings ok too for pre-qualified prospect tenants)
- Occasionally go to property to take videos and pictures for us

**RESULTS**
- Rent is collected on-time
- Tenants are happy living in their unit. They have someone to call when there's maintenance or other issues.
- We have a local handyman, HVAC tech, Plumber, Electrician and can easily and quickly find other contractors as needed
- We receive videos showing all repair/upgrade work has been done prior to paying contractors.
- We have a local “boots on the ground” assistant who can do showings, go to the property, take videos and pictures for us, and report issues to us.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
