**Responsibilities**:
Menu Planning and Development:
Design and develop a menu featuring a variety of healthy and nutritionally balanced food options.
Stay informed about dietary trends and nutritional requirements, ensuring offerings align with Healthians' wellness principles.

Food Preparation and Presentation:
Oversee the preparation and presentation of sandwiches, soups, salads, shakes, and other healthy menu items.
Ensure that all food is prepared in accordance with health and safety standards.

Quality Control:
Implement and maintain high-quality standards for food production, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.
Conduct regular taste tests and quality checks to uphold culinary excellence.
Provide training and guidance to kitchen staff, promoting skill development and adherence to food safety protocols.

Inventory Management:
Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and coordinate with suppliers to ensure a consistent supply of fresh and high-quality ingredients.
Minimize waste through efficient inventory control and menu planning.

Customer Engagement:
Interact with customers to understand their preferences and gather feedback on food offerings.
Implement strategies to enhance the overall dining experience and customer satisfaction.

Budget Management:
Develop and manage budgets for food production, optimizing cost efficiency without compromising quality.
Monitor financial performance and implement strategies for sustainable growth.

Health and Safety Compliance:
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.
Uphold food hygiene standards and certifications.

**Requirements**:
Proven experience as a Food Service Manager or in a similar leadership role.
Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred.
Strong knowledge of nutrition, dietary requirements, and healthy food preparation.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Familiarity with food safety regulations and industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 1-12 months

Pay: $16.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 32 per week
