Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Line Cook/Prep Cook to join our team at The BlackClover. As a Line Cook/Prep Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our food offerings. This is an opportunity to showcase your culinary talents and contribute to a positive dining experience for our guests.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
- Assist in the preparation of meals by following recipes and portion control guidelines
- Cook food items according to established standards and recipes
- Ensure that all food is prepared in a timely manner and meets quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment
- Follow food safety procedures and guidelines to ensure safe handling and storage of food products
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations during service hours
- Assist with inventory management and stock rotation as needed

**Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a restaurant or similar food service environment
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and food preparation techniques
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well within a team
