**YOUR MISSIONS**:
You join a company specializing in supporting people as an accounting technician
- Monthly billing control - private;
- Preparation and entry of government invoices;
- Support the team in the preparation of monthly financial statements;
- Record the various journal entries (depreciation, accrued, etc.);
- Make bank deposits;
- Perform bank reconciliations;
- Prepare government reports (GST-QST, source deductions, etc.);
- Control of municipal and school taxes;
- Control of accounts payable;
- Assist in the preparation of year-end files.

**YOUR PROFILE**:
Do you think this job is for you? This could well be the case if you have or are:

- DEC or AEC in accounting (essential);
- Have experience in accounting;
- Excellent knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Power Point, etc.);
- Demonstrate creativity and proactivity in problem solving;
- Good knowledge of the laws and regulations governing the administration of human resources (Act respecting labor standards, Act respecting the CNESST, Bill 90, pay equity, etc.);
- Enjoy working in a team, in a friendly atmosphere;
- Ability to work with defined deadlines;
- Have a developed sense of responsibility and organization;
- Understand and demonstrate the importance of confidentiality and discretion;
- Demonstrate flexibility;
- Be structured, meticulous and independent.
