**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately using POS systems, including Micros POS.
- Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards.
- Operate cash registers, handle cash transactions, and process payments efficiently.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the counter area, food prep stations, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure prompt service.
- Assist with inventory management by restocking supplies as needed.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions or concerns professionally.
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers.

**Skills**
- Experience in food preparation, cashiering, or food service preferred; restaurant experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Micros POS, for efficient order processing.
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks during peak hours.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude.
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety standards.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy.
- Understanding of sanitation practices within a food industry setting.
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous.

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$16.00 per hour
