**Leasing Specialist will be responsible for the following**:

- Evaluate and Assess Lease & Finance Contracts
- Recommend the best course of action
- Engage in ongoing negotiations between two parties
- Oversee client portfolios
- Maintaining positive business relationships to ensure future sales

**Requirements**:

- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Positive attitude
- Able to work independently
- Professional and astute individual
- Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Excellent communication skills. For maintaining a conversation and building rapport with a customer.
- Sales and Marketing Skills
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships

- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Mississauga, ON L4W 1A6: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- sales: 2 years (preferred)
