Mathnasium, located on Scott Road, Surrey is hiring an Assistant Centre Director to support its Centre operations.

The Assistant Centre Director assists the Centre Director in various aspects of managing the centre. This includes sales, business development, providing exceptional experience to the students and their families, as well as providing education support and leadership to the instruction floor.

**Responsibilities**:

- Sales / Business Development _
- Support the Centre Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans
- Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students
- Identifying opportunities for promoting the brand through networking/liasing with the local community
- Team Management _
- Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff
- Join the instructional staff in providing instruction to students when needed
- Customer Experience Management _
- Maintain a very high level of customer service through constantly communicating with parents and sending regular student progress updates
- Managing the customer (parent and student) experience from the very first contact/interaction with the brand
- Miscellaneous / Operational Support_
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

**Qualifications**:

- Undergraduate degree or higher
- Solid math skills up to algebra level
- Experience in sales, as well as customer relation management
- Experience in supervisory/leadership roles
- Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Eagerness to learn and be trained
- Proficiency in computer skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $21.00-$24.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
