**Position Overview**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, review, and organize client documents.
- Prepare immigration forms and supporting materials.
- Maintain accurate case files and update client records.
- Work collaboratively with the RCIC to ensure accuracy and compliance with immigration regulations.
**Minimum Requirements**
- College diploma **and** at least 1 year of relevant administrative, legal, or immigration-related experience,
**OR**
- **Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English** (essential).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer literacy.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Fluency in **French** or **Spanish** (asset).
- Experience in immigration law or legal administration.
- Knowledge of Canadian immigration processes.
