**Job Title: Entry-Level Project Manager**

**Employment Type**: Full-Time (up to 40 hours/week)
**Compensation**: $22/hour (bi-weekly pay)

We’re currently looking for a dedicated **Entry-Level Project Manager** to join our team and support the successful planning, execution, and delivery of internal initiatives.

**Position Summary**:
As an Entry-Level Project Manager, you will work closely with our leadership and operations teams to coordinate project deliverables, support cross-functional communications, and ensure project timelines are maintained. This role offers the opportunity to gain direct experience in project management with the potential for growth within the company.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing and coordinating project activities, resources, and timelines
- Track progress and prepare regular status updates and reports
- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Liaise with team members to ensure clear communication of tasks and expectations
- Follow company policies, processes, and procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information

**Qualifications**:

- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools
- Previous administrative or coordination experience is an asset, but not required
- Post-secondary education in business, project management, or a related field is preferred
