As a Marketing Coordinator at Volvo Cars Hamilton, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our brand and products. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of marketing activities, with a particular emphasis on graphic design. This role requires creativity, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of the automotive industry. You will collaborate with our marketing and sales teams to create compelling campaigns that resonate with our target audience.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Develop engaging and persuasive content for various marketing channels, ensuring brand consistency and messaging effectiveness.

**Social Media Management**: Oversee our social media accounts, crafting and scheduling posts, responding to comments, and monitoring social media trends to keep our online presence fresh and engaging.

**Event Coordination**: Plan and execute marketing events, including product launches, test drives, and promotional activities to engage with customers.

**Market Research**: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive analysis, providing insights to adapt and improve marketing strategies.

**Collaboration**: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and service departments, to align marketing efforts with the overall business strategy.

**Analytics and Reporting**: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design and proficiency in design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong creativity and a keen eye for detail.
- Prior experience in automotive marketing is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Social media management experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Knowledge of marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Self-motivated and a team player.

**Salary**: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Hamilton, ON L9B 1B5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Marketing: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
