Responsibilities include: coordinating, planning, and leading IT & infrastructure-related activities within Harmonic. You will help to determine the technological future of the organization and are responsible for the successful implementation and continued success

No day will be like the one before, and there is no limit regarding projects and opportunities.

**REQUIRED SKILLS**

- Server Management & Maintenance
- Network Management & Maintenance
- Google Suite Management (Mail / Drive / Apps / Etc)
- Sourcing & Procurement of Hardware
- Technology Deployment
- General IT Troubleshooting
- Basic Telephony (Mobile / VOIP/ Integrations)
- Network Security and Access Management
- ISP Relationship Management

**OPTIONAL SKILLS**
These are the things that we are either missing or currently contract out
- SQL Scripting
- API Integrations
- Report Writing (Various Software Platforms)
- Basic Website / Software Development

**QUALIFICATIONS**

At Harmonic, we put attitude and values ahead of certifications however there are definitely some things that we would love to see:

- Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Information Technology, Computer Sciences, Information Systems, or another relevant field.
- CompTIA A+ / Network+ / Server+ or other comparable certifications.
- Microsoft Certifications including Fundamentals / Security / 365 / Office
- 5+ Years of hands-on in a similar-sized (or larger) organization
- Previous experience leading, managing, or coordinating IT projects and deployments
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Excellent working knowledge of computer systems, security, network and systems administration, databases and data storage systems, and phone systems

**COMPENSATION**

Harmonic offers a robust compensation package including a competitive base wage, overtime and on-call premium, flexible benefits (self-directed HSA), paid professional and personal development courses, annual COLA increases (in-line with inflation), and profit sharing.

Compensation for this position is $29.00 to $35.00 per hour, depending on experience and certifications.
