We are looking for an Associate Manager, Financial Operations.

What You Will Do
- As Associate Manager, Banking Operations, you’ll oversee daily cash transactions, including collections, disbursements, and related accounting entries for Canada Life and its subsidiaries. You’ll manage daily reporting on cash position to support investment decisions.
- You’ll handle bank administration, including account openings/closures, letters of credit, and legal documentation.
- Additional responsibilities include coordinating quarter and year-end reporting, managing bank fee budgets, and responding to audit and ICOFR requirements. You’ll coach and mentor team members, contribute to special projects, and collaborate across business units to support priorities and drive process improvements.

What You Will Bring
- University degree in accounting, finance or a related field. CPA designation (completed or in progress) is considered an asset
- Leadership experience
- Strong time management and communication
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Collaborative and independent work style
- Proficient in Microsoft Office

The base salary for this position is between **$70,500**:

- $117,400**annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
