Job Brief

We are looking for a professional Housekeeper able to attend to our clients’ homes with integrity and attention to detail.

The goal is to create a clean, organised and orderly environment for our clients that will become a critical factor in maintaining and strengthening our reputation.

Current hours are on a casual, part-time basis which can increase based on performance and punctuality.

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform a variety of cleaning activities such as, but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, polishing, organising or staging
- Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to company standards
- Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors of any damages, deficits or disturbances
- Deal with reasonable complaints/requests with professionalism and patience
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and request replacements when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company related practices
- Traveling to clients’ homes

Requirements and Skills
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
- Ability to work with little or no supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Customer-oriented and friendly
- Prioritisation and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Fluent speaking in English language
- Bilingual is an asset
- High school completion or equivalent
- Must possess G class license and own transportation
- Level 1: Police Criminal Record Check (PCRC)

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent, Casual
Part-time hours: 10 per week

**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour

Flexible Language Requirement:

- French not required

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability

- Thunder Bay, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
