**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Supervise and engage with children in a safe and stimulating environment.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational activities that promote learning and development.
- Provide care for children's basic needs, including feeding, diapering, and assisting with personal hygiene.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging social interaction and emotional growth.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Communicate effectively with parents or guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns.
- Observe and document children's behavior and development, reporting any significant changes or issues.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience working with children in a caregiving or educational setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of early childhood education principles is a plus.
- Ability to educate children through play-based learning activities.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with children and their families.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to manage challenging behaviors effectively.
- Understanding of the needs of children with disabilities is beneficial.
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is desirable but not mandatory at the time of hiring; training will be provided if needed.

Pay: $15.00-$19.00 per hour
