**PURPOSE OF POSITION**:
The role of a Picker and Packer is to select the right products and package them carefully to send out to customers. If you've ever ordered something online, Pickers and Packers are the people that get your order to you

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Pick and scan small items with a handheld device (RF Scanner) and place them with the correct order label
- Perform a QA check to ensure orders are correct and complete
- Package orders carefully to prevent damage in transit
- Perform inventory maintenance, including cycle counts on pick locations, as assigned
- Many orders are light, however larger orders can require occasional lifting up to 40-50lbs. This is a physical requirement of the Picker and Packer role
