**Job Title: Experienced Epoxy Technician**
**Location**: Sudbury, Ontario
**Position Type**: Seasonal Full-Time (April - November), with potential for year-round employment

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends based on client needs.
- Full-time availability required.

**Salary**:

- $24.00 - $26.00 per hour, based on relevant experience.
- Fixed year-round salary (to be discussed).

**About the Role**:
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and manage projects to ensure top-quality production.
- Maintain clear, daily communication with the Operations Manager regarding job status.
- Ensure that job sites are safe, clean, and free of hazards.
- Perform other related tasks as required.

**Qualifications**:

- A valid **G-Class driver’s license** with a clean driving record (Driver's Abstract required).
- Reliable mode of transportation to and from job sites.
- Strong problem-solving abilities, with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and punctuality are essential.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75 lbs).
- Comfortable working independently with mínimal supervision.
- Experience with small engines (e.g., lawnmowers) and/or paint sprayers is an asset.
- Background in engineering is a plus.
