Moose Jaw, Canada South Sask Bus Lines Inc. Full time

We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking individual to join our team as a Shop Labourer. In this role, you will be responsible for various tasks that support the smooth operation of our bus operations. Your duties will include, but are not limited to, exterior bus washing, routine vehicle maintenance, maintaining parts inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in receiving and processing incoming stock and materials.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment by organizing the shop floor and disposing of waste materials properly.
- Operate basic machinery and tools under supervision.
- Support the maintenance of fleet, ensuring all vehicles meet quality standards.
- Help with the loading and unloading of delivery trucks.
- Perform routine maintenance on vehicles and shop equipment as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations to ensure a secure work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a similar role is an asset, but not required.
- Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team setting.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
- Basic knowledge of vehicles, vehicle standards, hand tools and machinery is required.
