**The Opportunity**
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and clinical staff to understand requirements and ensure test coverage.
- Identify, document, and track defects and issues through to resolution.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on software quality and testing practices.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of automated test scripts and test frameworks.
- Provide timely and accurate reporting on testing progress, issues, and results.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in the medical device industry.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO 13485, FDA 21 CFR Part 820) is a plus.
- Proficient in scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
**Duration**: Full Time Permanent (40 hours per week)
**Salary**: Commensurate to experience and qualifications
