**Basic Function**:
The Warehouse Associate role is one that requires all individuals to be able to work in a fast paced and constantly evolving environment. The Warehouse Associate team members are responsible for the safe operation of equipment, fulfilling orders in a timely and efficient manner, and ensuring products are stacked and stored safely. This role will provide back up to the Facility Cleaner role.

**Warehouse Associate Responsibilities**:

- Accurately pick and pack
- orders.
- Perform kitting and co-packing duties i.e. folding, box assembly, master carton opening etc.
- Perform light assembly work i.e. inserting, packing, closing, taping, shrink wrapping of orders and pallets, rework and disassembly work.
- Aid in general inventory counts. Report any discrepancies in inventory to Management.
- Prepare order for shipment, ensure the exact number and type of product is loaded and shipped.
- Tag, mark or label stock items from receiving area and ensure they are placed in the correct rack location. When necessary, consolidate rack locations following Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist with general housekeeping - put away cardboard boxes, replenish picking locations etc.
- Understand and become knowledgeable and proficient of Standard Operating Procedures.
- Maintain organized work area according to policies, procedures and safety regulations.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use proper safety equipment as required. Ensure the facility is compliant with General Manufacturing Processes and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Assist with other warehouse areas - including shipping and receiving during downtime.
- Other role related duties as assigned.

**Facility Cleaner Responsibilities**:

- Cleans building and facilities, including vacuum, dust, disinfect etc. in accordance with cleaning schedule or as directed by management.
- Replenish consumable items in a timely manner such as soap, paper towels etc.
- Maintain inventory levels and submit requests for replenishment to the Production Supervisor.
- Follow all safety guidelines and use proper safety equipment as required. Ensure the facility is compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Operate Factory Cat floor scrubber machinery.
