- Maintain personal sales per hour above minimum set average.
- Responsible for acquiring, maintaining and transmitting product knowledge.
- Motivate, organize and build a team.
- Communicate with the head office.
- Responsible for following and transmitting proper procedures related to company policy and repairs.
