**Job Description**:
The role of a Automotive Service Clerk is to facilitate all aspects of the car sales process including greeting customers, negotiating vehicle prices, clean out the vehicles and preparing them for pick up.
- Ensure all inventory is test driven and information sheets are complete on each vehicle for sale and put in the vehicles listed for sale
- Ensure car sales checklist is complete for each vehicle listed
- Ensure website is up to date with inventory for sale
- Ensure vehicles are cleaned and detailed
- Ensure vehicles are free from snow during winter months
- Prepare inventory for weekly auctions, Traderev/Eblock/IMPACT
- Greet customers and work on POS when required. Help answer questions and advise while providing excellent customer service
- Complete all documentation required with each transaction
- Administration paper worked to complete for Kidney Foundation, Accounts Payable and for the branch
- Complete all Service Ontario/SAAQ transactions for transfer of ownerships
- Work with Car Sales Manager & Sales Coordinator as needed and fullfill any requests from Branch Manager
- Help assist with daily cleaning duties
- Ensure good communication with Branch Manager and Car Sales Manager

**Qualifications**:

- Able to work independently and in a team environment
- Ability to solve problems
- Task orientated
- Excellent communication skills
- Minimum 1 year experience as a sales representative
- Bilingualism (English/French asset)
- OMVIC certification (Ontario Only)
- Proficient Computer Skills
