**Job description**

MasterTech Paint and Dent is looking for the next qualified Autobody Technician to join our team

We are a growing autobody repair company with body shop locations in Langley and Richmond, servicing the Fraser Valley and Greater Vancouver.

We’re looking for someone with:

- A high degree of professionalism
- The ability to problem-solve and work both independently and as part of a team
- A great work ethic and desire to continue improving
- A minimum of three years of experience in autobody work; Red seal certification is considered an asset

You should be proficient with:

- Disassembling and reassembling parts, including doors and portions of the vehicle body
- Removing, repairing, installing, and replacing the following as needed:

- Welded and/or sectioned parts
- Interior and exterior components (including electrical)
- Accessory parts
- Hammering out dents, buckles, or other damage with blocks and hammers
- Filing, grinding, and sanding panels
- Using frame-pulling equipment
- Ensuring equipment and work spaces are kept clean and organized
- Upholding all company health and safety protocols

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40-50 per week

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- auto body repair: 3 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Red Seal license (preferred)

Work Location: In person

**Responsibilities**
- Perform automotive repairs and bodywork on vehicles, ensuring high-quality standards are met.
- Utilize mechanical knowledge and hand tools to assess and repair damage.
- Lift heavy components safely and efficiently as needed.
- Maintain and operate power tools to complete tasks effectively.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow and achieve repair deadlines.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean working environment.
- Keep accurate records of repairs and file necessary documentation.

Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
