**Responsibilities**:
- Assist with on-site and remote coordination of local, country-wide, and US-based tradeshows and industry events to maximize brand visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with brand managers on the design and merchandising of product showrooms to showcase our products effectively.
- Collaborate with graphics designers to manage timelines for social media and digital marketing calendars, ensuring timely and engaging content delivery.
- Liaise with graphics designers and brand managers for ad and graphics approval, maintaining brand consistency and quality standards.
- Assist with invoice tracking for marketing activities to ensure accurate budget management.
- Liaise with brand managers, line coordinators, and ecommerce team to ensure up-to-date product data and imagery across all marketing channels.
- Catalogue and maintain version control of lifestyle imagery for products, ensuring a cohesive brand image.
- Coordinate and liaise with the IT team to implement creative updates for websites and microsites based on seasonality, promotions, etc.
- Manage and organize marketing materials in the marketing cage for easy accessibility and distribution.
- Work closely with brand managers to curate customized retail kits of marketing assets, tailored to meet the needs of different markets and audiences.
**Qualifications**:
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Ecommerce or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in marketing coordination or related roles.
- Experience with B2B and B2C trade show coordination and event planning.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in analytics tools and platforms to track and analyze campaign performance.
- Detail-oriented with a creative mindset and a willingness to drive process improvement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with graphic design platforms such as Adobe Creative Suite, & Canva
- English-French Bilingual - not necessary but would be an asset
