We have three locations - Rockland, Ottawa, and Chesterville. All locations have pharmacists and pharmacy team members with certified training and expertise in Geriatric Medicine, Mental Health, Diabetes, Pain Management, Addictions and many other specialty areas. We also employ and collaborate with nurses, personal support workers, addictions counsellors, case and crisis workers, housing agents, and other professionals who share the same mission as we do - achieving Wellness. We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and energetic pharmacy assistant. Kroll and emar [PointClickCare ad Mede-care] software proficiency are an asset.

*Detailed Duties & Responsibilities: *

Duties include:

- entering, updating, and processing all data in pharmacy computer system (KROLL) in an efficient manner
- answering and redirecting phone calls to the appropriate staff member
- attending to patients with courtesy by walk in or phone
- preparing prescription label printouts
- communicating with a variety of health care professionals

**Qualifications**:

- a minimum of one year of pharmacy work experience
- knowledge of third party adjudication processes and guidelines
- knowledge of required pharmacy calculations
- ability to multi task and work in fast paced environment
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- positive and team-oriented attitude
- innovative critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze and problem solve

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$25.00 per hour
