We are looking for a **Drywall installer, Taper, Mudder, Sander;** that is hard working and passionate about their craftsmanship. An Individual who is dependable and adaptable. This role reports directly to a project coordinator & the General Manager; and works along side a dynamic and professional team.

**Job Responsibilities include but not limited to**:

- Helping the Lead carpenters with their tasks:

- Read plans and work descriptions accurately
- Some Demolition of Bathrooms & Kitchens
- Assist electricians and plumbers for rough-ins & relocates
- Installation of subfloor, drywall, fixtures.
- Installing drywall, Taping, Mudding, Sanding
- Structural work is an asset but not necessary
- Must be able to anticipate and problem solve

**Requirements**:

- Great personality, fun to work with, team attitude, able to learn and teach
- 5 to 8 years’ experience
- Is able to work independently and without supervision
- Excellent communication Skills
- Great Customer Service
- Not required to paint or do tiles. (Both are an asset but not necessary)
- Valid Driver's License and transportation. Truck and Trailer is an asset
- Own tools
- In depth knowledge of construction of bathrooms (Building envelope, framing, sub-floor, cabinet installation and modification, patch and sand drywall, tape and mud, intricate cabinetry and lining up tile designs.
