Duties:

- Educate and instruct young children in a classroom setting
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and curriculum
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow
- Foster social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development in children
- Monitor and assess the progress of each child
- Communicate with parents or guardians regarding their child's development and progress
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom

**Skills**:

- Strong leadership skills to effectively manage a classroom
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and activities
- Proficiency in computer operations for lesson planning and record keeping
- Experience working with children, preferably in an educational setting
- Knowledge of special education techniques and strategies
- Understanding of early childhood education principles and practices
- Organizational skills to maintain a structured learning environment
