**The Opportunity**:
We are looking for a career driven Collection specialist who has a passion to provide support to our existing customers while at the same time ensuring the collection of money owed.

We are a growing BC business and one of Canada’s leading manufacturers of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers.

**In this role you will**:

- Work Monday to Friday (8:00 am - 4:30 pm); permanent full-time (40 hours)
- Perform collections and reconcile AR accounts
- Assess customers’ risk level and credit worthiness based on past history, credit reports, as well as identify concerns through conversation
- Post payments to customer accounts

**You have**:

- Completed your diploma in Financial Management or Accounting
- Customer service and Collection experience
- Excellent English communication skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Experience with Syspro or similar ERP system
