We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to join the team here at Book4Time You will understand user behaviour, analyze data, identify trends, craft strategies, lead cross-functional programs, measure impact, and drive wide-scale product implementation and rollout. You’ll collaborate with the product and engineering team to build new features and products.

**Job Duties**:

- Identify new opportunities based on customer research, industry trends, and best practices to help create business cases for product initiatives that will deliver high value and innovative solutions that align with customer needs and our strategic goals.
- Manage the product roadmap (which includes product planning, prioritization, and backlog grooming) and help estimate and quantify the ROI and business value of various product initiatives.
- Design new product functionality / features, manage, groom and prioritize the product backlog, and plan future product releases.
- Work closely with key stakeholders to do what’s needed to continuously ship and actively seek ways to deliver value faster including supporting backlog prioritization, user stories, sprint retrospectives, daily scrums.
- Plan and prioritize features, platform enhancements and bug fixes to enable the development team to deliver the highest value first, including making those hard trade-off decisions.
- Manage project timelines, risks, priorities, estimates, customer commitments and expectations, and proactively communicate product updates to internal/external stakeholders to share progress/updates on upcoming releases.
- Monitor and measure product adoption and distill your insights and learnings back into the product development process.

**The skills you bring**:

- 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager, participating in the full lifecycle of a B2B SaaS product (Must have experience working in SaaS and/or the Spa industry)
- Proven ability to learn quickly and work independently
- User/Customer obsessed. Passionate about understanding user and business problems and building features that address those problems
- Experience in Agile & Scrum methodologies of product development including extensive experience gathering, detailed requirements and writing functional designs
- You are driven by curiosity, innovation, and are always up for a good challenge. Ability to hustle and get things done while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Good technical understanding. Ability to grasp technical terms and specify detailed product features
- Track record of using qualitative and quantitative data to prioritize and drive decision-making. Ability to conduct user research independently
- Strong project management skills with great written and oral communication and the ability to present work to different stakeholders including customers, executive team, and other stakeholders
- Passionate about building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in tools of your trade i.e. JIRA and Confluence, Aha etc.
