Irrigation Technician

Stayner, Canada Georgian Sprinklers Full time

**Responsibilities**:

- Perform Irrigation System Spring Start-Ups, Season Adjustments and Winterizations
- Troubleshoot and repair Irrigation System problems ie. replace sprinklers, fix leaks, program timers etc
- Communication with clients and answer any questions they may have
- Clock in to jobs using an app, taking pictures to document repairs and material used.
- Work will involve physical task such as digging trenches with a shovel
- Maintain adequate part inventory in company vehicle
- Typical working hours would be 7:30am to 6pm, with additional hours and Saturdays during peak periods.
- The typical season begins around the beginning of April and ends near the middle of November.
- Work is outdoors in all types of weather conditions.
- Possible Full Time available in the winter with our Snow Plowing Company The Yard Boys, if mutually agreed

**Qualifications**:

- Completed High School, additional education/training preferred
- min of 2 years experience with Irrigation

**Job Type**: Seasonal
Contract length: 6-7 months

**Salary**: $21.00-$31.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: On the road
