**Job Information**:
Lead production teams to process a set number of coconuts based on daily, weekly, and monthly plans.

Make sure coconut processing follows quality and standard procedures.

Keep production costs below the budget.

Be responsible for the plant’s performance, production speed, and timely deliveries.

Promote a quality-focused attitude among factory workers.

Ensure the health and safety of factory workers.

Train workers to improve efficiency and output.

Set up systems to maintain the quality and cleanliness of raw materials from suppliers.

Maintain ISO and other required quality standards.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Process, or Chemical Engineering with experience in processing or producing goods for export.
- At least 5 years of experience in Plant Management, including setting up new production lines.
- Good understanding of commercial aspects, environmental concerns, quality standards, legal compliance, and factory safety.
