**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the Director’s calendar using Microsoft Outlook Calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding to inquiries and handling communications professionally.
- Perform data entry, filing, and organization of documents to maintain an orderly office environment.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including managing invoices and expense reports using QuickBooks.
- Handle clerical duties such as typing correspondence, proofreading documents, and preparing reports.
- Operate multi-line phone systems, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette while managing calls and messages.
- Support front desk operations as needed, greeting visitors and directing them appropriately.
- Utilize Google Workspace for document management and collaboration with team members.
- Ensure all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time to support the Director’s objectives.

**Skills**
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Experience with QuickBooks for bookkeeping tasks is highly desirable.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry and documentation.
- Previous clerical or administrative experience is preferred to ensure familiarity with office procedures.
- Strong proofreading abilities to ensure all communications are clear and error-free.
- Familiarity with DocuSign for electronic document signing processes is a plus.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $17.20-$19.00 per hour
