**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Maintain accurate records of patient information and appointments in a computerized system.
- Everyday insurance billing and invoice processing using EMR System /Juvonno or Jane.
- Coordinate office activities and ensure that the office runs smoothly on a day-to-day basis that includes cleaning treatments, laundry, garbage disposal and mopping, sweeping and other closing duties.
- Manage inventory of office supplies and place orders as necessary.
- Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
- Support medical and admin staff with administrative tasks as needed.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes when required.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as an Office Administrator in Physiotherapy and/or Chiropractic office.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities are essential.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Administration is an advantage.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
