As a Moving Consultant, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers, guiding them through the moving process and ensuring their experience is seamless from start to finish. Your role will be to offer expert advice, craft personalized moving plans, and provide top-tier customer service every step of the way.

**What You’ll Do**:

- Be the voice of Moving Papa, answering customer inquiries with confidence and enthusiasm
- Tailor moving packages to fit each customer’s unique needs
- Provide accurate quotes, explain services, and secure bookings
- Coordinate logistics and ensure all details are in place for a smooth moving day
- Maintain strong relationships with clients, making sure their concerns are addressed
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure flawless execution of each move

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or logistics is a plus
- Enthusiastic, positive, and ready to grow with a fast-paced company
