**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, bedrooms, and other living spaces
- Wipe down surfaces, mirrors, appliances, and fixture
- Organize and declutter spaces to enhance the overall appearance of homes.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Take out garbage and recycling
- Wash dishes or load/unload dishwasher (if included in service)
- Follow customized checklists or instructions for each home
- Report any damages, maintenance issues, or safety concerns
- Restock supplies (toilet paper, soap, paper towels, etc.) if provided
- Ensure client confidentiality and treat homes with care and respect
- Maintain a high level of customer service by being courteous, respectful, and responsive to client feedback.
- Follow safety protocols while using cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.

**Experience**
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and thoroughness
- Ability to work independently or with a team
- Proficiency in English is a must.
- Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.
- A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if traveling to multiple homes)
- Physically fit - able to bend, kneel, lift, and stand for long periods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow directions and use cleaning products safely
- Trustworthy, respectful, and professional
