Chilliwack, Canada Poultry Farm Full time

**Position Title: Class 3 Driver**

Shift: Monday to Friday with occasional weekends

**Primary Responsibilities - General**:
Ø Keep detailed daily driving pre/post trip logs

Ø Washing, greasing, detailing, fueling of truck on a regular basis

Ø Prepare barn equipment for cleanout if required

Ø Use truck to load and haul manure to the storage pad

Ø Work with the farm managers to schedule barn cleaning

Ø Keep areas around the barns clean and neat where barn cleaning is being done

Ø Drive the skid steer/telehandler to load manure

Ø Transport equipment between farms as needed

Ø Transport equipment to dealers for repairs/maintenance

Ø Pick up yard materials as needed ex. Gravel, topsoil etc.

Ø Haul garbage, cardboard recycling, pallets away as needed

Ø Manage bins and schedule repair of bins with Maintenance dept when required

**Other**
- Forklift help when required
- Overtime required when needed

Requirements: Class 3 commercial vehicle license

Forklift ticket

Strong English ability (read and write)

**Back up responsibilities due to absences**:

- Provide support to other staff as required.
- Assist where needed in periods of short staffing.

ALL of the above items are to be used as a guideline as it pertains to duties and responsibilities. It is the company expectation that each position have a detailed manual of procedures (MOP) for the duties performed. Updating the MOP is required and must be approved by the direct supervisor.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $23.00-$28.00 per hour
