Thermal Intelligence has an opportunity for a motivated, detail-oriented General Labourer to join our team. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work and is looking for stable continuous employment with a solid team of driven people who thrive on overcoming challenges and are always looking for ways to innovate and move beyond the status quo.

**Role**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Assist with the preparation and assembly of products and components
- Assist with the loading and unloading of materials and equipment
- Pickups and dropoffs of material
- Help with the maintenance and cleaning of facilities
- Follow all Health & Safety protocols and procedures
- Operate machinery and equipment as trained
- Support the production team in any other tasks as required

**Minimum Requirements**:

- Physical ability to perform manual labour tasks
- Experience in a production or manual labour environment is an asset
- Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

**Beneficial Experience**:

- Towing experience
- Forklift experience
- Mechanical or electrical experience

**Wage**:

- $18-20 per hour
