Shindico is a Winnipeg based, full service commercial real estate organization. We are seeking an experienced Live-in Caretaker to join our rapidly expanding operations.

The Caretaker will be responsible for a 124-suite luxury apartment building on Taylor Avenue, next to Grant Park Festival. Duties include: cleaning of the common areas, and responding to after-hours inquires and emergency calls. Occasional grounds maintenance on weekends and showing suites may be required. The applicant will be required to be available to tenants during evenings and weekends to receive emergency and after hour’s calls. (Phone will be provided). This is a part time position and would be ideal for a working couple or retired person, but all applicants will be considered.

**Job Type**: Part-time
