**Field Service Technician**

ERTH Power Corporation is a licensed electricity distribution company servicing over 24,000 customers throughout Southwestern Ontario. ERTH Power is pleased to announce an immediate opening for a Field Service Technician in our Goderich Operations Centre. This position plays a crucial role in supporting daily operations within the Engineering & Operations Departments.

Qualified applicants, who meet the following criteria will be considered:

- Post-Secondary School Graduation Diploma with a focus in Electrical Engineering
- IHSA Power Meters Training
- A minimum of one year experience using CAD software
- First Aid/CPR certification
- Valid class G Driver’s license
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting maps
- Ability to operate locate equipment
- Strong focus on delivering exceptional internal and external customer service
- Excellent communication skills for effective interaction with customers and peers
- Commitment to collaborative project management approaches
- Proficiency in computer usage and specialized systems utilized by the Company
- Strong document interpretation skills
- Ability to provide quality customer service in-person or over the phone
- Sound judgement, flexibility and responsibility in decision making
- Capability to work independently while meeting deadlines and commitments
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment
- Ability to manage time-sensitive tasks, multitask, and prioritize effectively
