**SCHEDULE**:

- ** 32-40 hours per week**:

- Monday - Friday and in future 1 Saturday a month (you would get an alternative day off during the week if you work the Saturday)

**WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR**:

- ** 1-2 years of experience as a dental office administrator / receptionist**:

- ** Dental Assisting experience an asset**:

- Highly proficient in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Outlook, in particular)
- Experience with Dentrix dental practice management software is required
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with patients and families
- Customer service mindset
- Able to multi-task and work in a fast paced environment
- Flexibility in your work schedule as needed by the clinic
- Accounts Receivable experience an asset
