**Requirements and Skills**:

- Culling program (ie. Narrative Select/ Photo Mechanic)
- Open to feedback
- Positive and outgoing attitude
- Ability to work well under pressure and problem solve
- Excellent time management skills
- Team player & good communication skills

**Experience**:

- Culling images
- Design background (not required but nice to have)
- Photography background (not required but nice to have)
