Site Foreman

**We are looking for an experienced Lawn & Property Maintenance Foreman to join our team.**

**Are you the right fit?**

We are seeking an experienced and mature associate to lead our Lawn and Property Maintenance team. As Foreman, you will work under the Service Department Supervisor and will be responsible for ensuring our customer contracts are fulfilled to the highest standards.

**Key tasks and responsibilities**:

- Execute all projects from inception to completion as directed by the Service Department Supervisor.
- Operate and manage a variety of equipment with skill and precision, including Truck and trailer, ride-on and push mowers, string trimmers, etc.
- Complete activities such as cutting grass, de-weeding, mulching, garden and leaf clean up, hedging, pruning, aerating, fertilizing, sod, etc.
- Complete concrete resealing task, including pressure washing, spraying sealer.
- Mentor and lead a crew, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Ensuring safety is paramount in every aspect of the job.
- Perform seasonal transition work such as snow picketing and salt bins as required.

**Requirements**:

- Must have minimum 1 year experience as Foreman in related field.
- Must have valid driver’s license will clean abstract.
- Must own your own vehicle to attend each shift. Our office is located in Kanata north and has no access via public transportation.
- Must have a positive attitude, good work ethic, and be present for each shift.
- Must own steel toe boots.

This position is full-time seasonal. The contract runs from mid April to Mid November.

Contract length: 7 months

**Salary**: $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 50 per week
