If you like to stay active, solve problems, and see the results of your hard work firsthand, this role’s for you. No two days will look the same — one day you might be clearing snow or moving equipment, the next you could be assisting with maintenance or jumping in on a larger facility project.

- **The Role**

**General Labour / Site Services**
- Keep our facility clean, organized, and safe — indoors and outdoors.
- Take care of site upkeep tasks like **snow removal, yard cleanup, and basic landscaping** (weeding, debris removal, etc.).
- Move furniture, set up equipment, and assist with room maintenance and general facility upkeep.
- Conduct **routine inspections** of facility spaces and outdoor areas.
- Help with **ad-hoc facility tasks** as needed — flexibility and initiative are key.
- Operate or assist with light equipment such as **forklifts, Hino trucks, or bobcats** _(training provided for the right person)_.

**Maintenance Support**
- Assist with routine equipment servicing and inspections.
- Replace filters, belts, and other consumables; help with preventative maintenance.
- Support the **installation or setup** of new or replacement equipment.
- Work alongside the Maintenance Team on special projects or larger upgrades.

**Sanitation Support**
- Support our custodian by helping keep shared spaces like lunchrooms, restrooms, and offices **clean and stocked**.
- Empty and clean trash and recycling bins as needed.
- Follow sanitation checklists and record completed tasks accurately.

- **Job Requirements**
- Local to Edmonton or able to commute reliably.
- **Must hold a valid driver’s license.**:

- Experience in general labour, maintenance, or site support is an asset — but not required.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and comfortable working independently or with a team.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs (22 kg) and staying active throughout your shift.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors, sometimes at heights.
- **Forklift, bobcat, or Hino truck experience is a bonus (training available).**:

- **Fully vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to provide proof of vaccination.**

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
