**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff to ensure efficient operations.
- Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house spaces to maintain cleanliness standards.
- Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures to optimize workflow.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping staff on best practices in cleaning techniques and safety protocols.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, ensuring adequate stock levels are maintained.
- Address guest inquiries or concerns regarding housekeeping services promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with other departments to support overall hotel operations and guest satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all cleaning activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in hotel or hospitality management, preferably in a supervisory role within housekeeping.
- Strong knowledge of custodial practices, industrial cleaning techniques, and safety standards.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Previous experience in training staff is highly desirable.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per month
